Lance Nading
Lance is a licensed general contractor and is a third generation contractor. He founded Bridge Properties in 1992. The company primarily renovated and converted historic multi-unit apartment buildings into custom built condominium units for sale. Prior to that, Lance co-owned the popular regional restaurant chain, Tanstaafl Corporation (1984-2007). Concepts include Dozens, Pints Pub and the York St. Café. Between 1981-1984 Lance pursued a degree in Business Finance and Japanese language and literature from the University of Colorado while he trained with the U.S. National Judo Team at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Lance earned the first alternate spot on the 1996 Olympic Judo Team. Currently, he is President of USA Judo.
