Team

Lance Nading is a third generation builder. He has been building and developing multi family and single family custom homes in the Denver market since 1989. He attended the University of Colorado pursuing a degree in Business Finance and Japanese Language and Literature. He earned the first alternate spot in the 1996 Olympic Games and is currently President of USA Judo.

Mack Anderson started doing pop top, addition and remodels in the Washington Park neighborhood in 1984. He quickly and successfully transitioned to building and developing some of Denver's premier high end custom homes in most all of Denver's exclusive neighborhoods. He obtained a degree in Economics from Stanford University.

Jim "Kimo" Smith has been part of the team since 1995. He has been involved in the construction and real estate development industry for his entire adult life. He attended Cornell University before moving to Hawaii to begin his career. There he was adopted by the locals and renamed "Kimo" in honor of his Hawaiian like easy going temperament.

K.C. Marshal oversees all technical framing aspects of every project and provides key management with the other team members on all projects. He attended Colorado School of Mines and has been active in the construction industry since 1989. He is an accomplished karate instructor and lives for dojo time when he is not building houses.

Zac Caltagirone is the newest member of the team. He recently graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelors degree in Business. Zac also enjoys Judo and has practiced the sport Judo for over 15 years. He worked part-time for the company in high school and since graduating has returned to pursue a career in the custom home construction industry.
